With a wealth of knowledge and expertise in organic agriculture and farming research, he has been actively engaged in the field for over 25 years. Throughout his career, has dedicated himself to developing innovative solutions for organic farming, including the creation of organic fertilizers, pesticides, and growth-promoting tonics made from natural resources. His contributions to the field have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the prestigious "Prerana Puraskar" award from Agrocare group of companies, Nashik in 2024.

He is an Assistant Professor of Agricultural Botany and having 6 years of teaching experience in Dr DY Patil International University, Pune. Also 1 year experience as Seed production and Technical Officer at Amar Seeds Pvt. Ltd. Pune. Also work for Rural development projects, Seed production, quality testing, experimental analysis and guided different Farmers group as provided technical knowledge under  NIPHM projects.

Holding a PhD from IIT Roorkee 15 years of experience in program management, waste management, and sustainable solutions. her expertise spans diverse domains, including solid waste treatment, waste-to-energy strategies, water quality assessment, and EIA-EMP report writing. With an impressive track record of successfully managing projects, securing accreditations, and driving research initiatives. 

Dr. James is a distinguished professional with a Ph.D. in Chemistry and over 12 years of versatile experience across multiple sectors. His expertise encompasses scientific research, method development, and implementation, reflecting his commitment to advancing knowledge and innovation. With a profound focus on environmental sustainability, Dr. James has made significant contributions in crucial areas such as landfill waste management, green and renewable energy, water and wastewater management, climate change, and environmental impact assessment.

He is doctoral student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, specializing in Agricultural and Biological Engineering. With a background in Chemical Engineering from the NIT Durgapur and a master's in Biochemical Engineering from the IIT Kharagpur. His expertise spans waste management, resource recovery, and feed/food ingredients, reflected in his 15+ peer-reviewed articles.
